How much does shipping cost?

Shipping will vary depending on your package's weight and option of shipping service. We ship our packages using Canada Post or UPS.

When will I know my order has been shipped?

When you receive a confirmation email from us with your Canada Post or UPS tracking number, it will indicate that your package has left our warehouse on this date.

Can I track my order?

Orders are shipped using either Canada Post or UPS.

For all Canada Post orders, you can follow the delivery process online at www.canadapost.ca.

For all UPS orders, you can follow the delivery process online at www.ups.com.

 

Can I have a different delivery address to my payment address?

We are able to accommodate a different delivery address from your billing address. If the new address is your place of work, you can fill in the address details during the checkout process when prompted. Please note that the delivery address cannot be changed once your order has been placed.

Do you deliver to PO BOX addresses?

Sorry we are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses for security reasons.

 

Ordering

I am having difficulties with placing my order?

We apologize that you are having difficulty with placing your order. You may reach us easiest at customerservice@chromakin.com or at +1-778-5394. If you decide to call, please leave your name, your phone number, your email and your order number. 

Can I order over the phone?

For security reasons, we are unable to take orders over the phone.

Can I change my order once placed?

Please contact us as soon possible at customerservice@chromakin.com and we will cancel the order. You may reorder your correct items afterwards. Please note that once the item is dispatched we will no longer have the power to cancel your order.

 

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal as payment methods.

What currency will I be charged in?

Transactions made at chromakin.com will be charged in the Canadian Dollar (CAD).

Do I have to pay customs and import charges?

Customs and import duties are charged as the package reaches its destination country. The charges are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We have no control over these charges and are unable to determine how much the cost of duties will be as customs policies and import duties vary depending on the country.

I have paid using PayPal but cannot see my order history in my account?

Using PayPal to check out will not allow you to view your order from within your account. Due to the nature of PayPal Express terms, we are unable to capture that data. It is best to keep your order confirmation email as your proof of order. When your order is shipped, you will still receive a dispatch confirmation as normal.

My country's customs department have requested more information?

If your order is being held at customs, please contact customer service at customerservice@chromakin.com and leave your your order number and we will can you help you resolve the matter as soon as possible.

 

What if my order is not correct when I receive it?

Sometimes mistakes do occur. If we have accidentally sent you the wrong item or wrong size. Please contact us immediately at customerservice@chromakin.com.
